Vinny LOVES music, he loves to sing, he loves to dance, he loves to play instruments and can name almost any instrument and what it sounds like, when asked. Here is a video of Vinny either singing, dancing or playing music.

A couple of weeks ago, I found an ad on craigslist that said that she was a new photographer in the area and was looking for people for pictures for her portfolio. She offered to do a free photoshoot, if she could use the pictures. I jumped on the chance.
Well, when we finally met, Vinny didn't want anything to do with having his picture taken, and then when Tony left, he had a complete melt down, so most of the time was spent chasing him around, trying to make him look at the camera, and then trying to calm him down when Tony left. She did get a couple of cute ones though. This is what she sent me.

Update

So I applied today for a banking position. I know that I said that I don't want to go back into banking, but if it pays enough, and is close to home, and is a good bank, I am willing to do it again. Well, just a few hours after I applied, I got a call for an interview. I have mixed emotions. I know that it is an awesome bank. I have heard only great things about it being a great place to work... it is what I know, and has always been what I love, so I have decided to go ahead and go for it.

Life Update

It really amazes me how busy I am now that I am not working. I used to have tons of time to blog, but now it seems like I just can't find the time to do it. Let's see...
Well, I am still not working full time, but got a position with the Marysville School District as a sub office staff. I am kind of excited. If nothing else, it will get me out of the house and get my foot in the door at the school district. Other than that, there haven't been any bites. I have gone to a few interviews, but with no offers. The search is still on though, so if any of you hear of anything, please let me know.
I hurt my back/neck/shoulder/arm last week and have been in a lot of pain. The Dr prescribed for me to go to a massage therapist, which seems to be helping, Thank God! I love that my insurance pays for me to get a massage... now if it could just make me feel better.
We got exciting news last week. Joe and Tania are going to have a baby. She is due April 18th. It will be fun for Vinny to have a little cousin around, and I am excited for a new baby in the family.
Other than that, not much is new. I will try and write more often, as things come up!

Papa Dan has been building a playhouse for Vinny. I have posted about it in previous posts... anyway here are some pictures. It has turned out so nice!!!! They better be careful, if I don't find a job soon, we might all come and move in there!!!

Camping at Camano

Tony took last Thursday and Friday off of work, so we left Wednesday night and went camping at Camano. We found the perfect campsite for a toddler and 2 puppies. It was kind of secluded and very nice. We stayed until Friday morning, when we headed home because it had started to rain.

Ocean Shores

Tony took the day off of work on Friday, and we decided to take a day trip to the ocean. It was quite a drive just for a day, but well worth it. We woke up super early and got on the road. It was overcast the whole day, but not too cool, and we left about dinner time, and got home just in time for bed. Vinny LOVED the "big beach" and I think that Jake and Lucy loved their first trip to the beach, as well. It was a nice little family trip, and we can't wait to go back...
As we are driving down, we heard Vinny singing patty cake to himself in the backseat. It cracked us both us. Neither of us knew that he knew the song, al by himself.

We got Vinny a little sand kit on the way down. He made stars all over the place.
