The last few days have been busy. Vinny has decided that potty training isn't for him, and is back in pull ups full time. He still goes potty in the potty sometimes, but for the most part, he isn't interested. He has lost all of his trains, and is starting over fresh, and getting them back one by one again... We are still going to work on it, just not as hard.

On Friday, Joe had knee surgery, so Vinny and I went over to Linda's to help babysit Nadia and Naya. Here is a picture of Vinny and Naya reading together. This was the first time that we have seen them interact. Babysitting Naya was a lot easier than I thought. She is such a sweet little girl. Nadia, of course was fun and full of energy!!!



On Saturday, we went up to Lake Riley for the MidSummer Fest. Vinny and I went for a swim, and Vinny got to go on a ride in the little train. It suprised me, but he just got in and went. This was the first time I didn't go with him in it.

Then last night we went and watched the night lighting of the hot air balloons at the Arlington Fly In. It was beautiful. There was a lightning storm out in the distance, so we stayed and watched the lightening.
